My IVF Journey | Molly Nichols

My IVF Journey

For the 7 years I struggled to become a mother, this was the pattern. But, between the unsuccessful IUI and making the choice to go through IVF, something within me had shifted. I’d begun using fertility visualizations to support my fertility and my mental and emotional well-being. I’d been reprogramming my thoughts and beliefs around my fertility and what I believed to be possible for the future of my family. See, as far back as I can remember, I wanted to be a mama.It was one of the only things I’d ever been really sure of growing up.
And I was finally beginning to BELIEVE that I was worthy of motherhood.
But, the biggest shift that happened through this deeper inner work I was now doing to support my fertility…
Was in my heart for the first time I knew that one way or another I would be a mama.

I remember making the choice to go through IVF.

Six months earlier we had been through an unsuccessful IUI.

While I hoped that my IUI would work, I had a feeling that it likely wouldn’t.

I was under a ton of stress at work, and this IUI was more something I was checking off the list, rather than something I felt fully present in. (If that makes sense.)

Even so, getting the negative result still hurt really bad.

So, I fell back into my default pattern to try to cope with the pain.

Every time I would try something in the effort to become pregnant, I would put everything I had into it…

And when it didn’t work, I would immerse myself into my career to try to numb the pain I felt in my heart.

See, as far back as I can remember, I wanted to be a mama.

It was one of the only things I’d ever been really sure of growing up.

And I was finally beginning to BELIEVE that I was worthy of motherhood.

But, the biggest shift that happened through this deeper inner work I was now doing to support my fertility…

Was in my heart for the first time I knew that one way or another I would be a mama.

I knew that even if my IVF cycle was not successful, I would keep going.

This allowed me to show up in my cycle in a really empowered, hopeful and grounded energy.

An energy that I’d never felt before on my fertility journey.

My retrieval produced 4 eggs.

All 4 eggs fertilized.

Two fertilized naturally and 2 with ICSI.

They transferred 2 embryos

And those 2 sweet embryos stuck and I became pregnant with twins.

To this day I’m still blown away by this miracle and how it all happened.

As I look back, I remember so clearly each phase of the cycle feeling exciting and overwhelming at the same time.

But, I was able to navigate it day to day.

Taking each step as it came.

Focusing on the outcome that I desired through my visualization practice, while re-affirming that I was worthy of motherhood and that my body was strong and fertile.

I truly believe this made all the difference, not only in bringing me the results that I had, but also in supporting my fertility mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually.

If you know that you’ll be using IVF or Egg Donation to conceive your baby, I want to invite you to join me in my brand new program:

FERTILIZE: A Mind Body Fertility Program With Guided Visualization to Support You At Each Phase Of Your IVF or Egg Donation Cycle.

You can learn more about FERTILIZE here!

Because, I want you to have the tools and support you need BOTH in preparation as well as during your cycle so that you’re giving yourself the best chance for the best possible outcome.

With the added stress and pressure that comes with IVF and Egg Donation, I truly believe that the biggest mistake we can make is not to have the mental and emotional support needed as you navigate your cycle start to finish.

And the research confirms this. (As do my clients’ results.)

A federally funded study showed that women who used mind body techniques paired with emotional support while going through IVF, significantly improved their results and chances of pregnancy.

Because your mind can impact your body and physical fertility!

We invest so much mentally, emotionally, physically and financially when going through IVF or Egg Donation and I know you want to maximize your results and chances of pregnancy.

So, if you would like to get powerful mind body fertility support and tools, as well as a set of completely customized guided visualizations to support you at each phase of your treatment cycle…

I truly hope that you’ll join me in FERTILIZE here.

You don’t have to do this alone!

Love and the biggest hug,

Molly

P.P.S. Here are just some of the results that my clients have had from using my guided visualizations:

I’m 44 and Got Pregnant With IVF Using My Own Eggs

“After listening to your programme, I successfully became pregnant and am now holding my healthy gorgeous 17-day-old son as I type this. I am 44 years old and we got pregnant with ivf using my own eggs!” Cheryl

My Lining Has Increased

“Hi Molly, I just really wanted to also share with you how my lining has increased from 3mm to 9mm in the past 2 months since listening to the fertility sessions. I truly believe they are the reason. And my eggs have been a great size too.” -Jane 42 yrs.

ONE Embryo Is All It Took

“Hi Molly! I did all the visualizations constantly and I really believe they were the key in me becoming pregnant! I didn’t respond that well to the IVF drugs and we were left with exactly ONE embryo. Just a solitary one. But one was enough! We have had two previous failures so I cannot thank you enough.” – Sarah
