I too have felt all of those things
After struggling to get pregnant for 7 years, when I finally became a mother I had very high expectations for myself.
I wanted to get it right!
I set out to be fully present, always patient, and that mama who could do it all!
While my intentions were in the right place, I fell short.
I often felt like a failure for not being able to do it all, and was plagued with guilt.
Over time this quest to be the perfect mama caught up with me.
I was burnt out, resentful, sad, frustrated, disconnected… and I was exhausted.
This is not my normal state of being, and I hated feeling that way! In my heart I knew that something had to change.
So, I went back to the basics that helped me get pregnant after all those years.
I began to take care of my mental, emotional, energetic, and spiritual well-being.
But, I approached it in a new way.
First, I started making a little bit of time for myself every day.
Second, and most importantly, I began sharing and teaching my self care and spiritual practices to my kids.
They became a part of my self care, not separate from it.

In session four you’ll learn how to start to let go of all that mama guilt, uncover the source from where the guilt is coming from, and why self forgiveness and forgiveness of others needs to be practiced on a regular basis in motherhood and in life.
You’ll be led through a powerful exercise that will support you in releasing guilt, forgiving, and loving yourself more deeply.
THE INTUITIVE MAMA
In this session five you’ll discover how to tune into your motherly intuition on a deeper level, identify how your intuition speaks to you, how to tell the difference between your intuition and fear, and why being an intuitive parent is a huge gift to your children.

What if I don’t have a lot of extra time in my day?
This program has been designed to support busy mamas. The exercises shared are simple and easy to integrate throughout your day with very little time or effort. And all of the eight sessions are only one hour each.
What is your background?
Everything that I teach is from my personal research and experience as a mother and parent of three children, and from my professional experience as a healer and guided visualization expert. This program is based on the proven practices that help mothers to be more present, patient, and balanced.
Can I go through the program at my own pace?
Yes. While you will receive a new session each week, you can feel free to move through the program slower or quicker depending on your own personal circumstances. Remember, you are in the right place at the right time for you.
Are payment plans available?
Yes, there is an easy 5 payment option. One payment of $147 will be processed every 30 days.
What if I find that the program just isn’t for me?
