One of the biggest transitions in a woman’s life is the moment when she becomes a mom. At no other point in life do we have so many changes in a matter of a few short months – or sometimes even a few short moments.

As a woman who struggled for 7 years to become pregnant, I’d made A LOT of promises to God and the universe about the type of mother that I would be. I promised that I would love every moment of motherhood, and I would do things as perfectly as I could.

What I was not prepared for was how hard some aspects of being a new mama would be. In return, I was consumed with shame and guilt.

I put so much focus on the getting pregnant part, I was not as prepared for the early motherhood part.

Then to make matters worse, I felt like I couldn’t ask for help… I had asked to be a mom, so I shouldn’t need help… right?


A new mama needs support, someone to guide her, to show her the path, to give her specific tools and action steps she can take, so that despite all these changes, she doesn’t lose the WOMAN she is.

I believe this becomes even more essential when you have struggled to have your baby, because of all that you’ve done to bring your child into the world.

Caroline has designed Well Mama to support moms who want to take excellent care of their health and their hormones while reviving and reconnecting with the woman behind the mom.

What makes Well Mama so unique is that Caroline teaches moms everything they need to know to take care of their bodies, AND she also gently guides moms through profound exercises to make navigating life as a mom easier and more intuitive.
